Vet and techs are very nice but we took our dog there for what was a minor issue and ended up with many different blood and other test we really didnt need as we found out later at another vet . The vet asked if we were okay with these tests etc as you are in a compromised position because your family pet is sick and without telling us what the astronomical bill would be. Needless to say the bill blew us away and our pet seemed fine in a few days . We had to buy our medicine at their facility and were told it wasn't available at other retailers which we found was not true by approx 65 % less . We could have gone onto their online pharmacy for a little savings over the office price but still nowhere near the prices that we compared at Sam's and CVS. Reminds me of taking your car to one of the retailers for an oil change and being upsold on multiple services you dont really need. We have been going to this facility for many years with all our pets but have left for another , as I assume they were acquired by a larger corporation with significantly higher costs and financial goals / profits.
