My baby Ricky was diagnosed with cancer all but 3 years ago, fri I noticed big changes he got slower and stopped eating, sat he could barely walk and still not eating, Sunday he couldn't walk and became lethargic, i decided im taking him to shores,unfortunately omw there my baby died in my car, I don't know how I made it to shores cause it's a blur,I get there hysterical, shores staff bring a stretcher out and we put my baby on it, they wheel him into a private room so I could spend some time with him, then the wheeled him out, gave me a paw print and a lock of his hair, ID JUST LIKE TO THANK THE STAFF FOR SHOWING ME EMPATHY AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME

Arrived with my 5 year old tuxedo cat in distress and lethargic. Was told I would need to run my credit card to pre approve expenses of up to $800 dollars before my cat would even be seen. Waited for 40 mins before being accused of accidentally exposing my cat to prescription medicines and I said there's no way. Then they came back 20 mins later and said they recommended putting my cat down because there was nothing they could do. They proceeded to give my cat euthanasia in the middle of the hospital floor and then asked me if I wanted a private room to be with my dead cat. Like no, I wish you would have offered a private room before you put my cat down. Totally insensitive and more about money than compassion. Would not recommend bringing your pets here.

Cannot rave enough about how incredible the staff was. Every. single. person. was amazing and so helpful and all stopped to love on my pup. The facility was also so nice and clean, but again- the staff was amazing, even people who were taking care of their own patients and just walking by were all so sweet and constantly smiling. Will be back & have already told all my pet parents about you guys !!
